The backwards sign in the Season 18 pic is that way because the official classic series site rmirrored the image for some unknown reason. It appears correctly in the Davison pics.

Brilliant stuff mate keep em coming- Ill just be creating the dr, still here. and all the info you are providing helps a lot- since Im obviously not a big fan (not saying I dont like it- ITs just something i lost touch with) have to refamiliarize myself with it all. (also being deaf hindered a lot of understanding, without text or subtitles in them old days. I feel like Ive met an old friend and am catching up with everything since we last met.

do u think it was a tape editing error, sometimes they flipped the film over if it looked a better way and sometimes missed seeing things(like a programmers bug)( a missing bracket or comma or space can reward me with hours of searching where it oughta be- thats y I now do a line, test it,if need correct it or move on to th next line, and so on)

It wasn't a tape editing error, as that was a publicity still for The Leisure Hive which did not feature a shot of the Doctor in full costume in front of the TARDIS on a beach. The beach appears, but the Doctor spends most of that scene in a deck chair with his scarf and jacket next to it. The sign is orientated properly in this scene.

Which costume will the 4th Doctor be wearing? Seeds of Doom or Season 18?

Ill try to do them all so wont matter much- then the user can select which characters they wana use
basically you have 5 main player characters red dwarf - scutter/dave/kryten/rimmer/cat dr who - K9/drwho/and more good guys
they each have a skin in single player mode/"normal or green" skin. then they each have a skin to represent team colours in multiplayermode(your team(blue) enemy team(red) (I can alter the different models to be different characters as well hence cat/dwaynedibbly) so they dont have to be same characters or models) If I build a collection of various models then fancying a change you could copy what ever character u wish to use into the main playermodel folders(having renamed a backedup copy of the character folder first obv) will show how to do in FAQ section later on. so, the number of customes they wear wont matter but its good to have 3 different ones green/blue/red or indeed brown tweed, grey tweed, white tweed would be good, Take the Tom Baker for example can use brown tweed for normal and blue skins and the red jacket for enemy toms.(again it doesnt matter if we only have one skin can make the shirts and bowties and hat bluer or redder to show subtle diffences, forcing you to closely eye up the enemy in your sights to ensure you dont teamkill.(Dave lister for example currently uses the same clothes for all 3 sides (blue/red/normal) but subtle differences include coloured rag tied round arm, coloured eyes(blue /red/normal) ,coloured badges, and different coloured graffiti on the back of the jackets.)- IVe kinda leant to subtle differences in the 'leader' of the crew to give them a slight advantage as opposed to say, rimmers bright all blue uniform or all red or all biege)(easy recognition= easy target).
so hope you understand all that ramble(sorry for that btw)
so whatever you want in is going in-one way or the other- hopefully it'll be nice to have ever single item model character etc from dr who included, then users would be spoilt for choice and will have an easy functional and complete dr who game creating kit with which to design their own levels and episodes or stories.
Im not good knowing whos who or whats what in Dr who, Al my relearnt information is coming directly from yourself my friend. I trust you certainly know your stuff so have confident in you, thanks again

-Daleks folder contains set team with davros as leader and 4 types of daleks (representing blue team) (all have blue lights on head with blue eyesnout lens) the red daleks differ (as well as having red lights on head with red eyesnout lens)- -Humans folder contains set team with Tom baker as leader,K9 and team according to series so you can easily transfer the team of your choice, (If I can find a way to script it in code to simplify everything to allow clicking a button to select mod/select series/select team/select enemy then I will of course do this)
when it comes to downloading the models to insert into your game I could have different packs according to choice and or series team dalek versus daleks team dalek versus humans team dalek versus cybermen team human versus cybermen and so on to make it a bit easier for the user .
I think the first mod release will be set up as follows singleplayer gets to use team human(normal skins)(Dr Who K9) ,and make multiplayer team blue Daleks (your team) and team red humans (enemy team, same skins, characters as normal but with red bits) or maybe I should release 2 mods - one for dr who and one for Daleks invasion (and the red dwarf one too obv)
oo I dunno Ill get back to ya on this .

The Mind Robber.co.uk has a history of the first four TARDIS consoles (five pages, as the 75 console was used until 83, with 76 being the exception). It has this image showing the initial layout of the 1975 console. I prefer the 77 version of this - the controls are identical, but the spokes dividing the panels are replaced with red lining, which also surrounds the central column. It also has a history of the sets used until 89.

Here's a shot of the console in 1979/80. Black lining instead of red though. Here's a shot of it in 1977. Red lining present. A shot showing the doors from 1977. Pictures from TARDISBuilders.com
